Well, the good was definitely good

September 03, 2005 *~* 11:06 p.m.

*sigh*

It was actually a very lovely day until the very end, and even that's not too bad (I keep trying to reassure myself). Gm and I went downtown after a lazy morning and spent the afternoon walking around in the sunshine. We went to Saturday Market and bought strawberry lemonade and an elephant ear with apple butter (specifics simply because it was the most appropriate snack ever for today) and then were completely taken in by a shirtless man with a philosophy degree and the ability to make fabulous decorative windcatcher sorts of things that twirl and provide hours of fascination. And then we bookstore-d and there was a giant Make Your Own Art festival so we made art and pirouetted and generally had a really good day together and it was so nice to get away from Reed and too much worrying and Alex and Steve and all the house nonsense.

Yay that!

I'm going to bypass writing about Alex and Steve because it'll just be depressing and frustrating and I'd rather not finish my day out quite like that.

Not a particularly exciting entry, I admit.
